Service-Based Refund Policy

As we provide professional IT services, consulting, and customized software solutions, refunds are subject to the nature and stage of service delivery.

  • Payments made for consultation, development, cloud services, licensing, or support services are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
  • Refunds may be considered only if:
    • The service has not been started, or
    • A written cancellation request is received before project initiation, or
    • There is a proven failure to deliver the agreed scope of service due to our fault.

Project Cancellation

  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, no refund will be issued for the completed or ongoing work.
  • Any advance payment will be adjusted against the work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Customized or milestone-based projects are non-refundable once development begins.

Subscription & Cloud Services

  • Payments for cloud services, subscriptions, third-party tools, licenses, or renewals are non-refundable, as these are billed by external providers.
  • Rivora Cloud Consulting & Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for third-party refund policies.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
  • Taxes, transaction fees, or administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.

No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after service initiation
  • Delays caused by incomplete client inputs or approvals
  • Third-party service costs already incurred
  • Services already delivered or milestones completed
